Where we ship

Nexim currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax). Orders under $50 pay a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
